i thought, if the wings were large enought to actually carry such a heavy dragon, the muscle mass on the breastbone/sternum and the shoulders would be large, and stiff--which constricts the blood flow to the arms during development. this would produce arms that are smaller, but still capable of small tasks, but still not extremely top-heavy

And, i realy like T-rex xD
